The Information Technology Intern is an onsite, full-time role in Livonia, MI, for the 2027 spring/summer internship. Pay starts at $22 per hour. The intern supports RAM Construction Services’ information technology team at a waterproofing and restoration contractor. The role provides hands-on support across software implementation and IT operations, helping employees and customers resolve technical issues and helping maintain the company’s IT systems and documentation.

What you'll do

• Assist with help desk calls, scheduling, service tickets, and basic end-user troubleshooting
• support computer imaging, staging, and software implementation under IT staff guidance
• maintain IT standards and documentation
• set up video conferences
• assist customers with RAM Construction software implementation and ongoing maintenance.
