What you'll do

• Manage individualized nursing care using the nursing process
• assess, plan, coordinate, intervene, and evaluate patient care
• perform screenings and approved laboratory tests
• triage patients and provide clinical advice
• administer medications and immunizations
• perform dressings and suture or staple removal
• educate patients
• conduct assessments during emergencies
• support chronic disease follow-up and outreach
• document care
• collaborate with the care team
• participate in quality improvement.
