What you'll do

• Prepare and serve food, including texture-modified and therapeutic diets, according to menus and nutritional orders
• follow applicable standards and facility procedures
• assist dietary aides as needed
• follow meal preparation and serving schedules
• maintain a clean, organized kitchen
• apply food tray card requirements
• use quantity food production and sanitation practices
• and interact positively with residents, families, vendors, and staff.
