What you'll do

• Coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, retail initiatives, and creative projects
• organize Asana projects and maintain owners, deadlines, and dependencies
• follow up on deliverables and flag risks
• maintain calendars and launch trackers
• organize the digital asset library
• coordinate creative and packaging reviews
• support photoshoots and content production
• coordinate product mailers and PR boxes with the influencer team.
