What you'll do

• Coordinate kitchen personnel engaged in food preparation
• prepare or direct meal preparation according to corporate programs and guidelines
• ensure food is creatively prepared and presented cost-effectively
• assist with planning, ordering, inventory, and food preparation
• support cost controls and expenditure management
• roll out culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams
• supervise coworkers to maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and sanitation.
