What you'll do

• Mentor and assess new clinical staff during orientation
• reinforce clinical standards and Vermont Nurse Practice Act compliance
• observe clinical skills and patient interactions and provide feedback
• collaborate with the Quality Nurse Educator on education plans and best practices
• review documentation
• assess training needs
• meet with educators and clinical managers about staff progress
• and contribute to team development while continuing hands-on patient care as a staff clinician.
