What you'll do

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out armed security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following applicable post orders and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout retail sales areas, entrances, parking lots, loading areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for security-related concerns including suspicious behavior, access-control issues, theft-related activity, and potential hazards, and report observations to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.
