Entry-Level Business Development Representative

What you'll do

• Research Houston-area businesses and identify decision-makers
• generate leads through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and approved visits
• introduce staffing services
• schedule qualified sales meetings
• maintain prospect and follow-up records
• assist with presentations, proposals, and client follow-up
• participate in coaching and pipeline reviews
• work toward developing and closing new accounts.
