Human Resources Coordinator

What you'll do

• Post job openings, review applications, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring
• conduct screening calls and coordinate reference and background checks
• support onboarding and orientation
• prepare new-hire paperwork and process I-9 verification and E-Verify if applicable
• maintain confidential employee files and records
• process employment status changes
• prepare HR correspondence
• assist with benefits enrollment and open enrollment
• maintain compliance documentation and conduct periodic records audits
• respond to routine employee questions
• coordinate with Payroll
• support engagement initiatives, performance review administration, policy updates, audits, and HR projects.
