The Used Car Sales Manager – Pre-Owned Vehicles role is onsite in Midlothian, VA, with compensation of $120,000–$200,000 per year. The manager leads the pre-owned vehicle department at Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian. This role exists to grow the department’s performance by managing inventory and daily operations, coaching the sales team, and working with dealership leadership toward sales, profitability, customer experience, and operational goals.

What you'll do

• Manage pre-owned inventory pricing, merchandising, aging, turn, and profitability
• lead and coach the sales team
• appraise trade-ins and coordinate reconditioning
• oversee inventory control, lot presentation, digital advertising, vehicle readiness, and delivery
• administer daily department operations
• partner with dealership leadership on sales, gross profit, customer experience, and operational goals.

Why this role

Requires at least two years of successful Used Car Manager experience at a high-volume franchise dealership. Luxury, import, or highline experience is strongly preferred; vAuto or similar tools, Microsoft Office, and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record are specified.
