- Receive parts calls and assist walk-in customers

- help source complex parts and alternatives using systems and catalogs in collaboration with technicians. Maintain the customer parts area and warehouse. Other assigned parts duties may include stock management, shipping and receiving, inventory tasks, and core processing.
