Seasonal Stockroom Assistant

The Seasonal Stockroom Assistant works onsite in Bolingbrook, IL. The full-time schedule varies within 8 a.m.–7 p.m. and includes one or both weekend days; compensation is $19 per hour. The role supports WeatherTech’s Factory Store orders and stockroom operations. The assistant helps ensure customer orders are handled accurately and promptly by receiving, picking, packing, and organizing inventory. The role also supports customers, maintains stock records and storage areas, and follows department and safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Receive, print, pick, and pack customer orders
• help customers carry products to vehicles
• use the ERP system for inventory counts and discrepancy resolution
• create bills of lading for restocking
• unpack deliveries and place inventory
• label and organize stock
• maintain logs for returns
• keep storage areas clean and safe
• communicate customer concerns
• complete required training and follow safety rules.
