What you'll do

• Conduct psychosocial assessments
• provide short-term counseling, crisis intervention, support groups, and workshops
• connect clients with community services
• coordinate care with internal teams and external providers
• support high-risk clients
• partner with parents, schools, healthcare providers, and agencies
• facilitate trauma-informed programming
• participate in case conferences, team meetings, on-call rotations, and trainings.
