Security Officer – Access Control, Retail Location

Job overview

The Security Officer – Access Control role is onsite in Janesville, WI. Pay is $19.00 per hour. The position supports a secure and welcoming environment at a retail location. The officer monitors entry points, verifies access, documents activity, and conducts patrols to help deter unauthorized activity. The schedule is Tuesday through Thursday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following security procedures and site policies
• monitor access points and verify authorization
• maintain visitor and delivery records
• respond calmly to incidents and escalate concerns
• patrol retail areas, stockrooms, receiving areas, parking lots, and the perimeter
• document observations and access-control activity.
