What you'll do
- Read plans and drawings and calculate materials
- perform shovel and grade work
- set and align forms
- mix, pour, spread, level, and finish concrete
- operate concrete saws, mixers, and vibrators
- monitor curing conditions
- install reinforcement
- repair and resurface concrete
- clean up after pours
- follow job-site safety requirements and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
