What you'll do

• Prepare chicken salads, pimento cheese, side salads, soups, sauces, cookies, desserts, and other food products according to standard recipes and product specifications
• prepare guest orders to quality, portion, appearance, and speed-of-service standards
• complete opening and closing prep and checklists
• maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and equipment
• assist with kitchen closing
• attend scheduled employee meetings
• report equipment or food-quality problems and product shortages to management.
