What you'll do

• Set up and operate hydraulic presses with 2,000-plus-ton capacity
• produce stamped steel, aluminum, and prototype parts
• perform die setup, tryouts, and adjustments
• inspect parts
• use precision measuring instruments
• read blueprints
• conduct test runs
• troubleshoot presses and tooling
• maintain safe and efficient equipment operation.
