What you'll do

• Lead installation projects and guide helpers
• perform full system change-outs
• use the Installation Excellence Form to re-check work
• explain completed systems to customers and confirm satisfaction
• maintain safe, neat work practices and protect customers’ floors
• communicate professionally with customers, office staff, and coworkers
• attend required meetings and training
• maintain the truck and follow company policies.
