What you'll do

• Help boards develop operational strategies and implement goals
• serve as liaison between boards and the management company
• develop fiscal policies and review financial reports and budgets
• oversee vendor bidding
• monitor assessment delinquencies and collection efforts
• prepare annual budgets
• administer legal and compliance matters
• maintain records and communications
• prepare board packages and attend board meetings.
