What you'll do

• Lead avionics and embedded systems programs through delivery and certification
• serve as primary contact for customers, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders
• manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources
• apply Earned Value Management principles and agile or lean techniques
• facilitate collaboration across systems, software, hardware, test, and certification teams
• mentor junior managers
• support business development.
