The CNC Technician, 2nd Shift role is onsite in Tanner, AL. Compensation is $31.98–$36.54 per hour. Bocar US produces high-pressure aluminum die castings and machined components for automotive companies. The technician prepares and supports CNC machining operations, helping production run accurately and safely. The work includes machine setup and changeovers, tooling preparation, first-piece verification support, and troubleshooting with operators.

What you'll do

• Set up and change over five-axis horizontal mills by loading and unloading tools, changing fixtures, and running NC programs.
• Remain at the machine to assist the operator through first-piece verification and help address production issues as needed.
• Stage tooling using heat-shrink equipment, balancing, and length presetting.
• Apply troubleshooting, blueprint reading, tool-offset knowledge, cutting-tool knowledge, NC program comprehension, and CNC controls such as Siemens, Fanuc, or Mazatrol.
• Support Bocar Group 5S and safety programs.
