What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and timely follow-up
• respond to phone messages, emails, and website inquiries
• schedule property tours, meetings, and follow-up activities
• maintain prospect, client, property, and transaction records in the CRM
• assist with online sales and rentals
• provide administrative support
• organize electronic and physical files
• and ensure documents and activities follow company policies and fair housing requirements.

Why this role

High school diploma or equivalent required; one to two years of related sales support, leasing, property management, real estate, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
