What you'll do

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine
• monitor wash-cycle water temperature
• wash and store tableware and kitchenware
• maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
• keep clean tableware available
• remove dish-area trash
• report equipment and food-quality problems
• support coworkers and management
• follow restaurant policies and daily schedule changes.
