Medication Aide - Overnight Shift

What you'll do

• Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a Registered Nurse and in accordance with state regulations
• monitor medication effectiveness and resident responses
• communicate medication concerns and changes to nursing leadership
• document medication administration and treatments
• maintain medication security and storage
• assist with activities of daily living, meals, hydration, and mobility
• respond to call lights and pendant systems
• use person-centered and dementia-informed care techniques
• document resident care and communicate changes
• follow confidentiality, safety, infection-control, and regulatory requirements.
