What you'll do
- Respond to customer, representative, and consulting engineer calls and emails
- initiate calls about technical issues, orders, quotations, and specifications
- prepare quotations and respond to technical inquiries
- interpret engineering specifications and drawings and recommend products
- support submittal packages and wiring and installation diagrams
- assist customer service with complex orders
- support high-profile projects and technical service issues
- attend trade shows
- assist with troubleshooting and product returns
- provide feedback on sales and technical documentation
- guide less experienced sales engineers and customer service personnel
- participate in customer training seminars.
