The Pain Medicine Physician role is onsite in Elkins, WV. Compensation is $1–$2 per hour. This locum tenens assignment provides supplemental clinical coverage in a clinic/private practice and hospital setting. The physician provides comprehensive pain management for adult patients, performing image-guided procedures and managing a caseload of approximately 15 patients per day, including follow-up and treatment planning.

What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive pain management in outpatient clinic and hospital settings
• perform fluoroscopically guided spinal injections, medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablations, facet and other injections, and ultrasound-guided procedures
• manage approximately 15 patients daily, including follow-up and treatment planning.

Why this role

Locum tenens coverage from December 7, 2026 through March 8, 2027; Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; 5 years of pain medicine experience, WV license or qualifying IMLC status, DEA, and accredited pain fellowship required. Intrathecal pump experience preferred.
