What you'll do

• Manage the pass and check plate quality, portions, and presentation
• coordinate timing between kitchen stations and front-of-house
• verify tickets and special requests
• resolve timing or plating issues
• maintain an organized expo station
• assist with to-go or VIP orders
• support high-volume service.
