Hotel Maintenance Technician

The Hotel Maintenance Technician role is an onsite, full-time position in Fort Atkinson, WI. The stated pay range is $19–$22 per hour. The role supports maintenance operations at Holiday Inn Express & Suites – Fort Atkinson and reports to the General Manager. The technician maintains guest rooms, hotel equipment, and facilities through preventive maintenance and repairs. The role also helps other departments as needed and supports guest and property readiness by keeping accurate maintenance records and addressing outdoor upkeep when needed.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance on guest rooms and equipment, including HVAC/PTAC, vacuums, ice machines, televisions, laundry equipment, water heaters, sprinkler systems, pool, whirlpool, case goods, and cabinets
• maintain the pool and whirlpool to local health department and franchise standards
• perform repairs unless a general contractor is needed and approved
• assist other departments
• operate maintenance tools
• run hotel errands
• follow key-control policies
• keep maintenance records
• perform outdoor lawn and snow services as needed
• be on call for emergencies.
