The technician services, inspects, tests, and repairs customer sprinkler systems, identifies code and non-conformance issues, and documents work. The role helps customers maintain safe, compliant, and inspection-ready fire protection systems and includes an on-call rotation.

What you'll do

• Perform service calls and emergency troubleshooting and repairs
• identify code and non-conformance issues
• apply NFPA 25 during testing and inspections
• prepare service tickets and reports
• explain work and necessary repairs to customers
• participate in the on-call rotation.
