What you'll do

• Maintain dessert station mise en place to the Chef’s specifications
• prepare recipes under supervision for daily service
• assist the Pastry Chef, Banquet Chef, and Restaurant Chef with plating
• maintain and clean the station
• complete the daily production list
• organize kitchen items and rotate food deliveries
• assist other departments as business volumes and staffing require.
