Senior Quality Systems Specialist

What you'll do

• Improve customer-related quality frameworks and metrics
• create and maintain QMS documentation
• support audit readiness and serve as a subject matter expert during audits
• coordinate customer orders, changes, feedback, complaints, and returns
• create sales orders and shipment transactions in SAP
• communicate order acknowledgements and commitments
• manage customer change portals
• coordinate complaint investigations and corrective actions
• report progress and process-improvement recommendations
• support customer-related financial tasks.
