What you'll do

• Greet and check in guests
• create and modify reservations
• handle luggage and assist with guest loading and unloading
• provide travel and boarding information
• process credit card payments
• make public-address announcements
• direct aircraft parking and dispatch on the ramp
• after training, tow aircraft to parking positions
• maintain work areas and equipment
• follow FAA, airline, airport, safety, and security requirements.
