Medical Scribe — Spine & Brain Surgeons

What you'll do

• Accompany the provider into patient examination rooms and document the encounter as verbalized
• list diagnoses, symptoms, follow-up instructions, and prescriptions as indicated by the provider
• transcribe orders for laboratory tests, radiology tests, and medications
• document procedures performed by the provider.
