What you'll do
- Purchase and receive kitchen products
- work with the Director of Dietary on inventory, purchasing, budgets, and storage-area requirements
- take inventory and submit vendor orders
- inspect received food for quality
- maintain receiving logs and invoices
- store products according to the established system
- complete kitchen and temperature logs
- and manage product par levels and rotation.
