Facilities Lead Assistant

The Facilities Lead Assistant role is onsite at LaBelle Winery’s Amherst and Derry, NH locations. The schedule is Monday through Friday on day shift, with weekend availability. Pay is $28–$30 per hour. LaBelle Winery provides products and services to its community and operates facilities that include winery and event spaces. What you'll do

• Monitor facility vendors and waste removal
• support health and safety compliance
• perform carpentry, painting, remodeling, and repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems
• maintain landscaping, irrigation, and vineyard areas
• assist with LaBelle Lights setup and removal
• manage snow and ice
• set up event furnishings
• assist with wine bottling
• mentor facilities staff.

Why this role
