What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors
• follow site procedures and security policies
• respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and disturbances
• conduct routine and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and surrounding property
• monitor access points and assist with visitor management
• document observations, incidents, and patrol activities.
