What you'll do

• Create a welcoming customer experience and coach associates
• provide personalized product recommendations and product education
• support rewards enrollment and customer relationships
• resolve customer concerns
• complete opening and closing duties, huddles, and cash reconciliation
• verify customer IDs and POS profiles
• process transactions and fulfill orders
• lead inventory counts and participate in overnight audits
• maintain a clean store
• uphold SOPs, safety protocols, and state regulations
• pursue daily KPI goals
• train and coach associates
• delegate tasks and act as the go-to leader when store management is absent.
