What you'll do
- Lead daily vehicle subassembly and bus-build execution
- set priorities for supervisors and technicians
- monitor progress, identify risks, and drive recovery actions
- coordinate production readiness, kitting, and material availability
- plan AIT capacity across labor, equipment, tooling, facilities, and processes
- promote quality-first practices and timely nonconformance report closure
- coordinate production, integration, and test activities
- coach and develop team members
- improve production flow, labor efficiency, standard work, quality, and schedule performance.
