What you'll do

• Maintain physical structures and safety standards
• inspect the community
• identify and resolve maintenance issues
• use YARDI to track work orders and make-ready progress
• support fire sprinkler, backflow, panel, and alarm compliance
• maintain tools, equipment, and supplies
• report safety issues and equipment malfunctions
• build relationships with community members and support satisfaction and retention.
