The Registered Dietitian role is onsite in Hermitage, TN. Compensation is $60,000–$90,000 per year. The position supports a skilled nursing facility and its residents’ nutritional care. The dietitian assesses residents’ nutritional status, creates and monitors individualized care plans, and adjusts dietary interventions as needed. The role also contributes to coordinated resident care through interdisciplinary collaboration, nutrition education, menu planning, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement.

What you'll do

• Assess residents’ nutritional status and develop individualized care plans
• monitor and evaluate dietary interventions and adjust as needed
• collaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical staff
• ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including survey readiness
• provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff
• oversee menu planning for balanced, appealing, and therapeutic diets
• participate in care plan meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
