The Bioinformatics & Computational Single-Cell Genomics Expert role is fully remote, with compensation of $70–$100 per hour and a commitment of 15–20 hours per week. What you'll do

• Design challenging computational problems to evaluate AI systems using scientific software
• develop problems requiring strategic planning and multi-step workflows
• refine problem difficulty through iterative testing against AI models
• collaborate on single-cell RNA-seq analysis, trajectory inference, and spatial transcriptomics using tools such as scanpy, scvelo, squidpy, and gudhi
• work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve problem designs.
