What you'll do

• Lead mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures
• structure, draft, review, and negotiate transaction and closing documents
• direct due diligence and advise on deal structure, risks, regulatory considerations, and closing strategy
• counsel businesses, private equity sponsors, and institutional clients
• develop client and referral relationships
• collaborate across practices
• mentor junior attorneys
• and contribute to practice leadership and business development.
