Mental Health PRP Counselor (Part Time) – Youth and Adults

The Mental Health PRP Counselor (Part Time) – Youth and Adults role is based in Frederick, MD, with work in community, home, and office settings. Compensation is $30–$33 per hour. What you'll do

• Provide planned direct service sessions
• develop and implement an individualized rehabilitation plan with clients every three to six months
• help clients resolve problems and identify and use resources
• teach independence and self-advocacy
• provide crisis intervention as necessary
• maintain client charts and service documentation consistent with agency policies and COMAR regulations
• attend supervision, training, and team meetings
• research and provide client resources
• participate in agency-led groups or events at least monthly
• notify a supervisor of crisis situations.
