Shift Manager

The Shift Manager position is onsite in Lindsay, CA, with compensation of $21–$23.10 per hour. The manager works under the direction of the Restaurant Manager and leads restaurant shifts. The role exists to oversee shift operations and help the restaurant meet its standards for food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and customer service. It contributes to operational performance through team supervision, cost and inventory management, and shift-level leadership.

What you'll do

• Oversee shifts and direct team members
• uphold food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, customer service, safety, and security standards
• manage costs and cash handling
• set up registers and support smooth shift transitions
• complete shift reports and documentation
• train team members when requested. Responsibilities vary by level and may include independent shift management, inventory and food orders, labor and food cost oversight, and mentoring junior Shift Managers.
