Property Manager

What you'll do

• Assist with initial, annual, and interim certifications
• maintain compliance with LIHTC, PBV, and HOME programs
• support leasing, screening, move-ins, and move-outs
• process rent payments and maintain tenant ledgers
• address tenant concerns
• conduct apartment inspections
• coordinate maintenance requests and work orders
• communicate with subsidy agencies
• support housing court documentation and compliance reporting.
