The shift team leader coordinates production-floor, warehouse, shipping, and receiving activities to support a safe, organized plant and meet sales and production schedules. The role directs employees, monitors shift performance, and helps resolve operational and quality issues.

What you'll do

• Monitor sheeting, cutting, slitting, warehousing, shipping, and receiving activities
• secure the facility at shift end
• follow issues through resolution or escalation
• operate forklifts and clamp trucks and assist with operations
• assign work based on priorities and skills
• maintain safety, accuracy, and efficiency
• initiate equipment work orders
• maintain accurate AS400 transactions.
