The Program Manager, Healthcare Executive Forums role is onsite in Arlington, VA. Pay is $100,000–$110,000 per year. The Health Management Academy brings together health system leaders and innovators to address industry challenges and opportunities. The program manager owns the strategy, design, delivery, and performance of assigned convening programs. By translating member insight into peer-learning experiences and coordinating across internal teams, the role supports member value, engagement, and the Academy’s growth strategy.

What you'll do

• Own program strategy, content direction, and execution
• analyze markets and member needs to set priorities
• plan content and interactive peer-learning experiences
• engage member executives and thought leaders
• partner with recruitment and sales teams on participation campaigns
• track performance and improve engagement and retention
• coordinate with event, insights, partnership, sales, and account management teams.
