Quality Engineer

Job overview

The Quality Engineer role is onsite in Lewisburg, TN, with annual compensation of $65,000–$80,000. Minth North America’s Quality team is expanding within the automotive sector. The engineer serves as a manufacturing and quality expert, working with customers and internal departments during process development and APQP for new products. The role helps ensure parts meet customer expectations, address nonconformances, and maintain and improve the quality management system.

What you'll do

• Support customer relationships
• create and update APQP documents, including FMEAs, control plans, and flow diagrams
• follow AIAG APQP procedures and customer-specific requirements
• prepare PPAP submissions
• improve scrap, process capability, and quality costs
• address customer concerns through corrective actions and reporting
• maintain the quality management system
• partner with production and engineering
• prepare quality reports and action plans
• and coordinate system continuity with other Minth facilities.

Why this role

Customer-site travel of 20–25% is required; multilingual ability is a plus.
