What you'll do

• Handle infusion referrals, authorizations, financial counseling, and benefit investigations
• obtain treatment documentation from referring providers and communicate patient status
• explain referral steps and status to patients
• communicate with referring and prescribing providers
• assist with medical inventory and office supplies
• complete the six-week training plan.
