What you'll do

• support preparation and processing of bail bond documentation for accuracy and compliance

• learn company policies and legal and industry requirements
• provide clients with timely bond-status updates
• maintain records of client interactions and bond activities
• and work with senior consultants and management to address client concerns and improve service delivery.
